Warranty on Floors

All residential coating systems are warranted for 10 years from the date of installation against poor workmanship, improper installation and failure of the product to bond to the substrate.

Warranty specifically excludes any and all crack and joint repair, natural aging of finish, structural integrity of substrate, removing stains from finished floor, failure from hydrostatic pressure, loss of shine from weathering, draining or standing water and calcium or lime deposits on coating. No other warranties are expressed or implied in this agreement between the parties, unless so specified in the contract documents in writing.
